My approach


My approach to therapy is grounded in my training and my belief that we all have innate qualities to lead ourselves toward a richer, deeper, and more fulfilled life. My role as a therapist is to help you connect with these qualities inside of you and support your practice of unlocking them in your everyday life, in your relationships, and within yourself.

Our relationship will be built together on trust and calm, and with curiosity and courage my aim is to support every client live a life that feels more free.

I primarily use IFS therapy to support clients in accessing their innate qualities to lead the life they choose.
